The Chill Out Meditation workshop is designed for people with little or no previous experience of meditation. You will have the opportunity to learn simple, yet reliable meditation and relaxation techniques that help you relax and meditate effortlessly, restoring a sense of well being and peace of mind.

During the day, you will learn a range of simple and widely-practiced meditation techniques, including breath meditation, body scanning, affirmations, mantra, visualizations and music and sound meditation.
